Much of my childhood was spent at Currumbin and I used to scamper across the rocky ledges at the ocean's edge for weeks on end. Tides and winds have changed the accessibility and shape of the rocks over the years but rocks and sharp edges underfoot are always synonymous with Currumbin summers.
