Homegrown lemons, shells and blue and white china are amongst my favourite things....  A variation on 'nature morte' this work captures objects which I enjoy observing and being surrounded by.  The bee is a nod to the napoleonic herald and the symbol of life, pollination and growth.  The lady beetle,'coccinella', is a symbol of luck.

Hand painted in archival ink and watercolour on archival watercolour paper.

Signed on the bottom right hand side and sealed with a raised paper seal SD.

This work comes professionally framed and ready to hang in a black frame with a double matboard (black and white).

Framed dimensions 70cm x 52 cm
